COVID PROTOCOL FOR USE OF CHURCH BUILDING

Use of CCG Building by External Groups 

§  On entry, hands to be sanitized using the sanitizer provided by the group.

§  Masking required.

§  Air to be circulated as much as possible. Windows and doors open as much as ambient temperature and weather conditions permits.

§  Bathroom with window is the designated toilet facility and only it is open. With the provided spray bottle, sanitize the sink and toilet seat after every use.

§  Church office and kitchen closed; no food or beverages permitted.

For All CCG Groups and Activities including Hybrid Worship

·     All participants must use hand sanitizer in church hall as per Health Canada guidelines: Drug ID # 02248868; Purell Instant Hand Sanitizer (active ingredient ethanol; gel form).

·     Masking required.

·     All participants must show vaccine passport, and if not known to meeting group, then also picture ID. Group may wish to take attendance. Group may also use the honour system.

·     Total maximum of participants in hall and sanctuary as per the CCG COVID Hall and Sanctuary Social Bubbles 1.2 Metre Diagram (posted in hall and sanctuary).

·     Social distancing of 1.2 metres to be maintained as much as possible.

·     Air to be circulated as much as possible. Windows and doors open as much as ambient temperature and weather conditions permit.

·     Kitchen, if used, must be light. Users to sanitize all touched surfaces and items.
